Paddy Kelly

Yoga Instructor at Planck Studio, Belfast

 

Hi, my name is Paddy and I've been teaching yoga in Belfast for 6 years. I teach a Hatha based style with elements of Vinyasa in fun but challenging sequences. My focus is on helping you develop a yoga practice that will increase strength, flexibility and functional mobility while countering the effects of day-to-day stress on our bodies and minds

Katie Zarah

Yoga Instructor at Planck Studio, Belfast

 

Hi name is Katie and I have 20 years of experience in ballet and dance that brings a unique blend of movement, creativity and warmth to my yoga teaching. My approach is rooted in a in a deep understanding of the body and a passion for mindful connection. After completing a 300-hour yoga training in Ecuador, I developed a teaching style that seamlessly combines my extensive background in movement, offering an experience that is both inspiring and transformative.

Planck Studio is more than just a wellness center—it’s a dream I’ve nurtured with the hope of creating a space where you can truly feel at ease, reconnect with yourself, and prioritize your well-being. My journey into health and wellness began with a simple belief: taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.

 

With a focus on both mental health and physical fitness, I wanted to design a space where you can breathe, grow, and thrive—whether it’s through Yoga, Pilates, or a high-energy class that gets your heart pumping. My goal is to help you find balance and bring a little more calm and clarity into your everyday life.

 

At Planck Studio, every class, every workshop, and every detail is created with you in mind. I look forward to welcoming you into our community and supporting you on your journey to a healthier, happier you.
